The roofer (Kem Locklear) showed exceptional professionalism and dedication by safely climbing onto my wet, two-story roof to conduct a thorough inspection. He carefully walked the roof, identified and showed me several damaged shingles, and took the time to clearly explain the issues and why a new roof is needed.
